Pantheon works with individuals to help them achieve their employment goals. We are involved in all aspects of the job search process, such as developing interview skills, resume preparation, employer contacts, job site analysis and facilitation of the interview/hiring process. Pantheon has worked with hundreds of employers in the greater Waukesha County area and is constantly expanding our network to meet the unique needs of those we serve.

We have an extensive history of establishing work experience/internship opportunities for the individuals we serve. These are temporary experiences designed to help individuals learn more about the job, their ability to perform duties and help prepare them for subsequent employment opportunities.

Pantheon is committed to working with the full spectrum of individuals with disabilities. This includes those individuals who may require additional considerations and support when approaching competitive employment. Supported Employment provides additional services and efforts to ensure that the work site, job tasks and natural supports are all properly identified and established in order to facilitate maximum independence and success.

Job Coaching (or Systematic Instruction) is designed to help individuals learn and work towards independence in performing the required duties of their jobs. Our job coaches are trained to utilize a variety of strategies to assist our clients as they navigate the challenges of learning and keeping a new job. The coaches also help educate the supervisors and co-workers in order to build a more supportive and inclusive environment.

Job shadows are set up by our staff to allow individuals to learn more about the demands and realities of their potential vocational interests. Pantheon staff work to help clarify interests, establish contacts with real employers in the community and facilitate the tour/learning experience for the client.
